If full prepayment is to be arranged a proforma can be forwarded. Both can be requested from the reservations department.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 28 days cancellation policy for groups. Please note these bookings are subject to no cancellation one is confirmed by your self. However you can cancel up to 2 Rooms without any charges, 72 Hrs before
arrival.

Check in time/Check out time: From 2.00 pm on the day of arrival and by 11.00 am on the day of departure.

iBahn Internet: We have an iBahn internet connection in all the rooms. To connect you will need to bring your laptop and credit card. iBahn will charge you directly for using their service; they charge £6 for 1 hour or £15 for 24 hours use.

Parking: Limited parking, on a first come first served basis, is available at the hotel at a cost of £10.00 per overnight stay.
