Accepted Papers Submission Process

Please do the following when you send the camera ready paper.
STEP 1: Revise your paper(s) according to the reviewers' comments. Use the IEEE pdf express check so that your paper will pass the IEEE template. You will get mail about pdf express check. For assistance send mail to conference@icdim.org
STEP 2: See http://www.icdim.org/submission.php  for formatting guidelines
STEP 3: Send the camera ready paper to conference@icdim.org (before September 30, 2009)
STEP 4: Send fully-completed signed copyright form (Word, PDF) by  email to papers@icdim.org (before September 30, 2009)
STEP 5: Register for the Conference at http://www.icdim.org/registration.php (before
September 30, 2009)
STEP 6: Send a brief professional biography of the author who will
present the paper (Word, PDF) to conference@icdim.org (before October 15,
2009)
STEP 7: Go through the list of near hotels so you can book your room
(ICDIM will not provide any hotel reservation service)
