The ICDIM 2011 has selected the following paper as the Best paper presented in the conference. The paper is selected based on two step evaluation. First is the review score received by the paper in the review system and second is the experts' evaluation. The criteria used to judge the paper are innovativness/originality followed by method, experimentation and results obtained, general siginificance of the paper, language and presentation. The ICDIM congradulate the authors.
